    If it was the OS that made it crash the OS would crash with it so its more so IE crashing with no influence from the OS.

    For instance lets say you are playing a game that has bugs and a patch to the game fixes it, then its the game that has problems and not the OS.

    thats also true but my IE got bugged from M$ and would close after i open it

    Maybe you just need to do a fresh install of XP if you haven't done so in a while.

    thats what i did 2 months ago when IE didnt open at all including a reinstall of my graphics card because it was bugging too

    Try Fire Fox. It only crashed once in the 2 months I've used it.

    Actually I found out by accident Opera lets you view the source/coding behind a website just like FrontPage. From there it's a simple ctrl+A then ctrl+C then ctrl+V into FrontPage, then edit away... :P

    you can view source code with firefox too (i've been using it for over 2 years now and it's really good!) just right click and select view source code

    Beats me, I'm new here. I guess it stands to reason since it's be done everywhere else. I made a thread for it in general software, but my main point was that this thread has been derailed pretty heavily.

    i'm new too, but i'd be surprised if there hasn't been any thread about it on here before, after all, this was quite the discussion a year or two ago on many boards

    i cant use FF i need IE for frontpage and other apps that have links to IE, but ill use FF as much as i can now and i sure hope it works well

    sorry for not editing hehe, but abou the subject, ill tell my parents then, but is opera reliable? i bet its more reliable than IE so ill try that too
