I remember the last ISOs not wanting to flash so if that happens again let me know.
If you are going to use Windows to flash. Download the latest version of nForce System Tools from http://www.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_system_tools_6.02.html to update the BIOS through Windows. Uninstall your old version of System Tools and install this version. Release Notes: * DDR2-1066 stability improvements, * Improve operation of SLI-Ready DDR2-1066 memory * Stability improvements for Kentsfield 1333 CPUs * Improve detection of several PCIe cards, including certain SCSI cards

Did you clear CMOS and reset all of your configuration again? If you are overclocking than does it run fine at stock settings?
