Transferring data to and from our mobile and portable devices is going to get very fast to the point that it may even be just as fast as our desktop and laptops. Thanks to the Innodisk new industrial-embedded SATA uSSD–nanoSSD. The new nanoSSD is about 1% the size of a standard 2.5” SSD but is packed with control chip, flash memory, and peripheral power component into a single ball grid array (BGA) pacakge. It is only 16x20x2 mm (WxLxH) and weight only 1.5g. It is compatible with both x86 and ARM, so you can expect it to work with notebooks, tablets, and smartphones (ie any computing devices pretty much). Supporting SATA III and with capacity ranges from 4 to 64GB, it has a rated read of 480 MB/s and write of 175 MB/s
This year’s Computex is going to be very exciting as G.Skill is going to be hosting an official OC World Record during the show. Skilled overclockers such as Elmor, Fredyama, Kingpin, and Hiwa are coming from all around the world will compete for the title of the best overclockers.
