Wishing to grab more market share with the iPhone, Apple has announced two new models of iPhone, the 3G S. The new iPhones come with faster processor and internal compass, a video camera, and an improved photo camera. Apple also upped the memory to 32 GB maximum. In addition, the price has also been slashed with the 8 GB selling at $99, 16 GB selling at $199, and the 32 GB is selling at 299.

The newe iPhone will go on sale on June 19 with two year contracts from ATT.

On a related news, Apple has also launched a new MacBook Pro with a 13in screen starting at $1,200 and a new 15in starting at 1,700, a whopping $300 lowe than the previous model. The 13'' MacBook Pro is essentially the old MacBook with starting specification of 2.26 GHz Intel processor, 2GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9400, and 160 GB. What is new is that Firewire makes its come back to the notebook.
