Sony recalls AC adapter due to shock hazard

Sony recalls 69,000 units of AC adapter due to shock hazard. Only Sony's VAIO Computer are affected. The recalled adapter model is Sony VGP-AC19V17 that is found in the Sony VGC-LT series and VGC-JS2 series VAIO desktop computers, and VGP-PRBX1 and VGP-PRFE1 docking stations.
