The Zotac GeForce GeForce 780 Ti AMP! comes with a 15% Core overclock and a 3% overclock to the memory. We will later in the review see what this means for performance. A hint; it helps.

Some of the new features of the GeForce 780 Ti are:

  • GPU Boost 2: Same feature as on the GTX 780 and the GTX Titan where the GPU is dynamically overclocked.
  • Nvidia display overclocking: the ability to push a compatible display to allow for higher refreshrate than 60 Hz
  • Video encoding: Kepler features a dedicated H.264 video encoder called NVENC.
  • Adaptive vsync: Adaptive VSync is Nvidia’s way of providing a smooth game playability even when the frame rates falls below 60 fps.
  • Game streaming: With this card in the system you can stream games to a Nvidia Shield. It also sounds like we might  see some more game streaming support in the future.
  • Shadowplay: We now can record game videos via Nvidia Shadowplay.

For more information about these features and more head over to our first GeForce 780 Ti-article.

Naturally the Zotac GeForce GeForce 780 Ti AMP! comes with its own features too.

The main feature apart from the overclock is the Triple Silencer Enhanced cooler with three fans which promises not only to be much quieter than the reference cooler but also keep the card cooler.
